The staff were very helpful. i was given a complimentary room upgrade during my second stay. the room felt new and clean. There was even a heated towel rack.
The breakfast menu had limited selections. the bar's opening hours were also limited. i found the cleanliness of the bathroom to be lacking. The toilets, vanity, and mirror were not properly cleaned .

The room was big and quiet, I was so glad. It made getting rest easy. The hotel decor was nice, I noted. Valet parking worked well, as my car was ready at the specified time. I like the service.
Toilet paper was thin. I would have preferred a thicker option.

This hotel has a fabulous central location for various activities. I saw the Te Kanawa Theatre across the street. Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, a convenience I used.

A self-checkout kiosk made leaving easy, I thought. Valet parking is available and very useful. The restaurant provided charming service and delicious meals, I noticed.
