the room was spacious and nicely decorated.

The communication regarding a late check-out was terrible. I agreed to an 11 am check-out. i received a call at 10 am asking why i was not out, i had to leave by 10.30 am. multiple people complained about missing items, concerning.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!!!

The hotel upgraded my room to the king suite, and I was actually surprised. The room was spacious and very clean. An extra sink in the bathroom made a big difference. Communicating with staff for luggage storage was easy, and the hotel was accessible for my travel needs. I really appreciated the convenient location!!!

The noise from the street was loud. The party in Queen Street went on until 3 a.m., even during the week.

The hotel location is excellent. It is situated a bit away from some of the sketchier areas on Queen Street. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, a definite plus for exploring the city.

The room was big and quiet, I was so glad. It made getting rest easy. The hotel decor was nice, I noted. Valet parking worked well, as my car was ready at the specified time. I like the service.
